SUSTAINABILITY
VISION

L&T shall pursue eco-friendly growth, promoting a culture of sustainability and innovation, and thereby contribute towards a better world.

At L&T, Sustainability is embedded in our vision, culture, strategy, and business processes. We are committed to sustainable growth, and integrate Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) principles in all aspects of our business. We strive to conserve natural resources, enhance social equity for sustainable growth, and foster a culture of trust, caring and continuous learning while meeting the expectations of our stakeholders.

LAKSHYA

Sustainability considerations are embedded within the L&T Group’s strategic planning framework - Lakshya - and are periodically reviewed to reflect evolving regulatory requirements, global sustainability trends, stakeholder expectations, and emerging risks and opportunities. This governance framework enables L&T to enhance resilience, strengthen competitiveness, optimise resource allocation and protect stakeholder trust while delivering sustainable financial performance.

Our sustainability agenda is guided by the CSR & Sustainability Committee and driven by Executive Committee members across the businesses.
